We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. However, if you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us immediately at support@globalcardservices.com so we can address your inquiry, issue a refund (if applicable), or provide you with a discount/credit for future services.

Policy Terms

Refunds are available only prior to the submission of your application. By purchasing our services, you agree to these terms, as well as our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other policies on our website. After you approve your application for submission, you waive the right to a refund. In the event of a material error caused by us, we will resubmit the application at no additional cost, but no refund will be issued.

Refund requests will be processed within 24-48 hours after receiving all required information. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 1-7 business days. If the refund does not appear within 10 days, please contact our Billing Department for assistance.

Non-Refundable Fees

Government fees and third-party fees (e.g., medical examiners, translators) are non-refundable. By paying these fees, you agree to their terms. Refunds do not apply to charges outside of Global Card Services’ control.

Credit Card Chargebacks Notice

By using our services, you agree to our refund policy. Chargebacks initiated outside these terms violate our policy. Unresponsive clients who fail to provide required information within 90 days are not eligible for refunds or chargebacks. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to authorities, including government agencies, and may result in civil or criminal action.

Assurance

If you are unsure about your application, contact us immediately at support@globalcardservices.com. Properly submitted refund requests will be honored. Allow 1-7 business days for refunds to appear in your account.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee satisfaction for issues caused by Global Card Services before application submission. Requests under this guarantee must be made within 14 days of purchase. Note that we cannot guarantee government processing outcomes or appointment availability.

Exclusions

This guarantee does not cover changes in your situation, government delays, or entry denials due to factors outside our control. Misrepresentation or misleading information voids this guarantee.

Visa application fees vary by document type and must be paid directly to the issuing authority. Follow all payment instructions carefully to avoid delays.

Service Fees

We charge a handling fee for consulting and process assistance, which varies based on the document type. Credit card fees may also apply, covering payment processing and security costs.
