By using our services, you represent yourself in this legal matter. No attorney-client relationship or privilege is created with the use of Global Card or its website.

Your visit and/or use of this website indicates that you agree and clearly understand the Disclaimers, Privacy, and Refund policies indicated on this website.

Agreement to Arbitration

You understand that these Terms of Service contain a binding arbitration agreement on an individual basis to resolve disputes, rather than jury trials or class actions, and limit the remedies available to you in the event of a dispute.

Electronic Records and Signatures

You consent to allow Global Card to affix your electronic signature where required and file necessary documents for the service purchased. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting support@globalcard.com, which will result in the immediate discontinuation of our services.

Non-English-Speaking Customers

Materials on Global Card's website, including documents and instructions, are available only in English. Translations are for convenience only. In the event of any ambiguity, the English version is authoritative.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

Except as prohibited by law, Global Card and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of this agreement. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

Third-Party Services

If you purchased a product involving third-party services, additional terms may apply. Global Card disclaims liability for any issues arising from third-party services.

Filing Fees

Listed prices do not include government filing fees or other external costs.

Reviews

Force Majeure

Global Card is not liable for delays or failures due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, war, or pandemics.

Right to Refuse

Global Card reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
